お客さんから【大好きな山の写真を見ながら、美味しいビールを飲めたらなんて幸せなんだろう】とオーダーをいただく。
これで飲みすぎちゃってください(笑)
僕も酒飲みのハシクレ。
とても悩ましい問題が１つ。
ビールは細身の薄いグラスで飲るのが旨いに決まってる。
でも、細身のグラスじゃ彫刻面は小さいし、マッターホルンの雄大さが出ない。ムムム…
最終的にはお客さんの
【ワインも好きだし、気にしなくていいよ。】の言葉で、大好きなボダムのダブルウォールグラスに決定！
これは飲み心地良すぎて、倍飲んでしまうと評判です（当社比）
ペアグラスだけど、１個で販売！そこは臨機応変です。
